Wasn't one single thing about candy
Why is a candy bar company trying to make a social and political statement. In order to appeal to everyone you remain neutral. As stated it had nothing to do with candy. It was the one day of the year where the boy could get away with wearing a dress. The witch made the kid who was making fun of the boy wearing the dress disappear. That's not going to happen in real life. As the commercial was two minutes long this was produced for YouTube. Did they play a shortened version on TV. I didn't see it because I fast forward through commercials.
We are under a new structure of corporate socialism, where the corporations are part of the government movement to socialism (or even Marxism), they either are in or out, most have decided to be "in the tent:"
Think of all the propaganda we have seen on commercials the last few years, plus companies donating to BLM, and supporting vaccine and mask mandates.
So this commercial is to show the government they are on board, get off our back, it is to get the gay vote. If you support transvestites rights, the gays will vote for you.
